Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation and refund procedures for sessions booked with Lenore Sins.

Clients may cancel booked sessions under the following terms:

Any client initiated cancellation: No refund; deposit is forfeited
Failure to attend a scheduled session: No refund; deposit is forfeited
Exceptional circumstances with significant notice: At Lenore Sins discretion, the deposit may be transferred to a future session

Lenore Sins reserves the right to cancel any booking. In such cases, a full refund of your deposit will be issued within 5 business days.

Repeated no-shows may result in being banned from future bookings.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 7 days notice at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and will be arranged with you directly.
